Custom K-9 Video DVDs makes it known in relation to the production of location videos:

LIABILITY:

Custom K-9 Video DVDs takes the utmost care with respect to exposure, transportation and handling of the video tape/tapes. However, in the unlikely event that all of the video should be lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed for reasons within my control, my liability is limited to the return of all payments received for the service purchased. The limit of liability for a partial loss of original tape/tapes shall be a prorated amount of the package selected, based on the percentage of originals lost.

FINAL VIDEO PRODUCT:

Custom K-9 Video DVDs makes every effort to give the Client the best audio and video recording possible, but makes no guarantee either expressed or implied, in regard to the quality of audio/video recordings that are subjective and influenced by many factors beyond the complete control of THE COMPANY, especially during live or unstaged events, like location video taping. It is also understood that the client is Custom K-9 Video DVDs for technical and artistic expertise and, therefore everything is done during the course of videotaping and post production to ensure the best possible results at the end of the day, but technical problems, (such as camera failure, poor lighting or bad sound), can arise. Custom K-9 Video DVDs accepts no liability or responsibility for any such problems. This includes delays in reaching locations due unforeseen circumstances.

EDITING VIDEOTAPES:

The editing extent of the video is directly controlled by the level of package the Client purchases. After I edit the video initially to that purchased level, the Client is given the opportunity to view a low quality version of the video and respond with their reaction and suggestions. Making any changes requested from this viewing will constitute the final edit of the video.

COPYING VIDEOTAPES AND DVD DISCS:

It is illegal to copy commercial products. These services are restricted to media you made originally.

RE-EDITING OF VIDEOTAPES:

Requests for changes to the final edited videotape after the proof has been viewed and accepted by the Client will be subject to an additional editing surcharge of $25.00 per hour. The only exception is an obvious mistake found to be made by me. In this event I will gladly re-edit the videotape at no additional charge to the Client.
